Documents can be legalised in the consular Office of the country in which these documents are meant to be used. Legalisation is necessary in cases if the particular country has not signed the Hague Convention.

- Acquiring a Certificate of Good Standing
You can acquire a special document, called the „Certificate of Good Standing”, which states that the company has paid all the duties and filed all the reports. Many banks ask for this certificate in cases when the company has existed for more than one year.

- Postal address services
If the company wants to use its legal address also as a postal address for receiving mail, we can provide postal address services, which means that all the mail, received on behalf of the company, will be registered and sent to the address given by the client once a month.

- Courier services
We deliver the new acquired company documents using courier services, costs of which are already included in our rates.
If you are ordering some additional documents for your company, we kindly ask you to pay for the courier services when sending these documents, because otherwise they can get lost. Courier services costs are listed in prime costs, i.e., you have to pay only for the document delivery
